We collect and process the following personal identifiers (common personal data):
a) For the purpose of concluding and performing a contract, we process your data, which we will retain for 11 years from the end of the financial year to which the business event relates. Without processing your personal data we are not able to conclude a contract with you.
b) We process the personal data of candidates who have applied for a job position with us; such data is retained until the final completion of the recruitment process, unless consent has been given for a longer retention period. If the candidate has given consent, the personal data provided upon application is retained for two years from the date the consent was given or until the consent is withdrawn.
If the data subject has submitted an unsolicited, spontaneous job application, that application will be retained on the basis of legitimate interest for two years from the date it was submitted. Only authorised persons have access to the data, and the data may be forwarded to companies with which the Data Controller cooperates for candidate selection and job posting purposes, as well as to companies that provide IT support to the Data Controller.
A folder is kept on the network system for job candidates. After the period defined as the data retention period has elapsed, authorised persons delete the data from the folder on the network system and from the e-mail system.
c) We also process data for the purpose of maintenance, communication and security of the website, when you visit our website or send an inquiry.
d) We store "cookies" on your computer containing user information, used to save time for users while using the website, as well as to track and direct users' interests in order to provide services tailored to each user.
Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a string of characters through which websites and servers can be assigned to the specific internet browser in which the cookie is stored.
Necessary cookies are stored in order to provide the service requested by the data subject, while the storage of cookies that are not necessary (e.g. advertising, analytics and functional cookies) requires the data subject's consent via the cookie management banner.
Users may prevent the setting of cookies via our website at any time by using the appropriate setting of the internet browser used. Cookies that have already been set may be deleted at any time via the internet browser or other software programs.
We use cookies to track statistical visits to the website, using the third-party services of Google, acting as processor, called Google Analytics. We also use cookies for advertising purposes on display networks and third parties (including Google Double Click services and Google Tag Manager). Google's practice is to remove IP address data after 9 months and cookie data after 18 months.
You can opt out of Google Analytics for advertising on the display network and customise ads using the Ad Settings tool (http://www.google.com/settings/ads).
Personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, and the Data Privacy Framework agreement (https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/).
We have implemented security measures to reduce the risk of breach and misuse of your personal data, such as unauthorised disclosure and unauthorised access to your data.
The equipment/premises where we store personal data are located in a secure environment with limited physical access (i.e. a locked room).
We use firewalls, strong passwords, antivirus programs and other measures to protect personal data (such as encryption and pseudonymisation).
Only authorised personnel have access to personal data, and the subject matter of processing is regulated by our internal acts.
We regularly organise training on personal data protection for our employees.
Right of access. You have the right to access your personal data and request detailed information on the purpose of processing, the categories of data processed, the recipients, and the retention period.
